These terms apply to all boat and yacht bookings made with Yachts Abu Dhabi. By confirming a booking you agree to them.
Bookings
- Bookings are made on WhatsApp or by phone and are confirmed once we send you a written confirmation and payment is received.
- Every boat has a minimum booking of 2 hours. Prices are per hour for the whole boat, not per person.
- The number of guests may not exceed the limit shown for the boat, children included.
Payment
- Payment is made by card through a payment link, with Tabby (4 payments) or with Tamara.
- Tabby and Tamara payments are subject to the terms of those providers.
On the Day
- We share the meeting point in Abu Dhabi on WhatsApp after booking. Please arrive on time; the trip ends at the booked time.
- Every guest must show an original passport or Emirates ID before boarding.
- The captain is responsible for safety and may change the route or end a trip early if weather or sea conditions make it unsafe.
- Guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew and UAE laws and regulations.
Self-Drive Boat
- On the self-drive boat, the driver must attend the safety briefing and training before departure and follow the instructions of our team.
- Requirements for drivers are explained on WhatsApp before booking.
Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for any damage they cause to the boat.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
